Prashant K. Sarkar (born 2 May 1967, Delhi) is a versatile painter, sculptor, designer, teacher, and percussionist, A BFA graduate from the College of Art, New Delhi (1991), he has been creating since childhood and currently teaches at Kalakriti School of Art & Culture (KSAC). He has participated in over 46 group shows and 7 solo exhibitions across India and abroad. Recipient of the Raja Ravi Verma National Award (2024) and many other honors, he has also conducted numerous national and international workshops. His works are part of esteemed collections including the Ministry of Culture, Lalit Kala Akademi, and several renowned private collectors worldwide.
